These terms apply to every person who opens or uses a 1dollar account via 1dollar.asia. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted all clauses and that accessing the platform is lawful in your location under applicable local law.

Yes. We may update these terms at any time. When we do, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of your account after the update is published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

If your account is suspended for a terms breach, we will review the balance and, where verification is complete, return verified funds to your registered UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe method in line with the procedure set out in the suspension clause.

The governing law and dispute resolution procedure are set out in the jurisdiction clause of these terms. Any formal dispute must first go through our internal escalation process before proceeding to the forum specified in that clause.
